Over the past several years, our parish has gone through a Strategic Planning Process. Based on a parish-wide survey of internal strengths and weakness and the perceived opportunities and threats we face, we established three Strategic Implementation Teams charged with executing a specific, measurable Strategic Implementation Plan.
The three teams, each responsible for carrying out that teams plan, are these:
1) Welcoming - Focused on connecting people within the parish together so that everyone feels welcome and invested in the community.
2) Stewardship - Focused on increasing the investment of time, energy, and financial resources in the parish so that we can do great ministry now and prepare for the future.
3) Facilities - Focused on finding a new space for our growing congregation that will accommodate present and future growth and the expansion of our ministry to each other and to the world.
